Yes! Pearly seamlessly integrates with the vast majority of practice management systems, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental.

We leverage Stripe for our payment processing backend. During the onboarding process, you will add the direct deposit details for your practices in the settings tab.

When a payment is processed, your practice receives a direct deposit in as little as 48-hours depending on your settings. You can easily view successful charges and payout report from the Pearly Portal.

Pending insurance is marked and we offer a variety of settings to suppress outreach for patients with pending insurance. In addition, pending insurance claims are never factored into the patient portion to ensure accurate balances.

Practices using Pearly in the United States can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express Discover, JCB Diners Club, and UnionPay credit and debit cards. Patients can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

ACH Debit:

Practices using Pearly also offer patients the ability to pay via Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits. Patients securely provide their bank account details using our integration with Plaid, which streamlines the ACH process.

Membership plans are care plans that dental practices offer directly to your patients. Patients pay a subscription fee to your practice. You design the plan and set the pricing. Most plans typically cover all preventive care and discounts on other treatments, but it's entirely up to you.

If a patient wants to enroll in your in-house membership program at your front desk or calling your practice, it only takes about 90-seconds!

Click the Sign Up Member link in the Home screen of your Pearly Portal and follow the prompts. You will enter the patient's information, select the membership plan, and add their credit card details. That's it!

Yes! You can modify a patient's plan according to your practice's policy.

Search for the patient, click on the patient name, and then open the Plans tab. You'll see the plan information and can click the "Modify Plan" dropdown.

Please note that if they are switching from monthly to annual, the remaining portion will be charged automatically based on their renewal date. If you switch from annual to monthly billing, please reach out to support@pearly.co and our team will issue the appropriate refund.

Please email support@pearly.co with the member ID number and our team will issue a refund in accordance with your pratice's policy.

Note that refunds can take 5-10 to appear on the patient's statement.

Yes!

In the Pearly Portal, simply enter the mobile phone or email on the home screen and click Invite. They will receive a text or email with a link to your Signup Site so they can review your in-house dental membership plan details and self-enroll.

This is a great way to promote your membership program to patients who are not ready to enroll at your office. They can view your program details from any device and enroll instantly.

Understanding how your dental membership program is performing is critical for ongoing success. Fortunately, Pearly provides robust metrics so you are always up-to-date.

In the Pearly Portal, click the Insights link on the left sidebar and navigate to to the Membership Program tab to view details such as Active Members, Total Payouts, Plan Breakdowns, Renewal Rates, and more!

Of course! We'll help you customize your Signup Site during the onboarding process, but it's easy to make adjustments any time. In the Pearly Portal, click on the Marketing tab on the left sidebar to access your Site settings.

On the Site settings tab, you can adjust the header photo, program name, colors, practice details and more! Shoot us a note at support@pearly.co and our team will help you personalize your Signup Site.
