From here, you can enter your email/password or phone number on file to access your Membership Portal and/or Payment portal. Please click the "reset password" link under the login section to receive an email to reset your password.

If you received a bill from your dental practice via Pearly, please use your unique account code to access your statement and enter your birthdate on file. Please call your dentist directly if you cannot access your statement or have any billing related questions.

You can enroll in a membership plan directly with your dentist in 90-seconds. You can signup for a plan on any device and can manage all of your benefits from a simple dashboard.

Please login to the Patient Portal here and click on the billing tab. You can add a new payment method for future membership subscription fee and/or balance payments.

Pearly supports all major credit cards, debit cards, eCheck (ACH), and digital wallets, including ApplePay and GooglePay. Please review the Patient Portal to see if additional convenience fees apply for specific payment methods.

Cards supported include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB, and UnionPay. Pearly's platform includes industry leading security that is PCI and HIPAA compliant with AES-256 card number encryption.

In the Member Portal, click Enroll Dependent on the bottom left of the dashboard. You will then be prompted to enter your family member's details and desired plan. Dependents are billed under your billing details and many practices offer family discounts.
